General terms and conditions of Style-Box, Tanja Schlönvoigt/Maximilian Weiss GbR, hereinafter Style-Box, Albrecht-Berblinger-Straße 13, 89231 Neu-Ulm, Germany, VAT IdNr. DE265551566.

1. general information

Our offer is directed exclusively to commercial customers. The placing of an order is considered as acceptance of the general terms and conditions of the company Style-Box even if the customer refers to his conditions of purchase.

2. conclusion of contract

A contract with the customer is only concluded when the order is confirmed by Style-Box or the invoice is issued. We are entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time without giving reasons. All offers of style box are non-binding and subject to change.

3rd delivery

Deliveries are made as quickly as possible, taking into account stocks and delivery possibilities. There is no claim to free subsequent delivery in the event that articles are temporarily not available.

4. prices

The prices offered by Style-Box are net prices plus VAT and possible freight costs.

In the context of cross-border deliveries within the European Community, no value added tax will be charged if the VAT ID number is stated.

The prices in the order list and on individual offers are generally valid until 31.12. of the year in which the offer was made.

5. dispatch

Up to a net goods value of € 250.00 we charge € 7.50 plus VAT for freight in Germany. We charge an island surcharge of 12,00 € per package (Sylt, Rügen etc.)

From a net goods value of 250,00 €, delivery within Germany is free of charge. Freight abroad on request. For orders below a net value of 100,00 € we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 10,00 € plus VAT.

6. terms of payment

Within Germany, delivery to new customers is only possible against prepayment, otherwise by invoice. In special cases, we reserve the right to deliver to existing customers by prepayment. Shipment to foreign countries is always made against prepayment.

7. reservation of proprietary rights

The goods remain the property of Style-Box until full payment has been received. This also applies if the goods are resold to third parties or processed with items which are not our property.

8. liability for defects

Defects must be reported to us immediately, at the latest 5 days after receipt of the goods. If this period is exceeded, all claims and rights arising from liability for defects for these defects expire.

For minor deviations in colour or dimensions of the tins, there is no right to complain about them. Transport damages are to be reported immediately to the parcel service or the forwarding agent and also to be confirmed by them. The confirmation must then be sent to us immediately. In the case of justified complaints there will be no exchange or subsequent delivery, but a credit note.
